This lock is used for securing more than one bike when cycling. It includes a SCREAMING alarm PowerPack, an 4ft. heavy 6.5 millimeter cable, and a special hanger for securing the PowerPack behind the saddle for use of the powerful flashers (safety and night time use). Battery not included.
