The Joliet Kevlar Cable is made of Kevlar and increases the cut-resistance by 50% over standard steel cable bike locks. This lock is designed with a double-loop to accommodate pad-locks or U-locks. It has flexible coils enabling it to fit under a seat post or around a handle bar. A great multi-use lock for any bike rider.
